ZERO11 wireless® can be ordered by phone at 1-877-724-8325 or online here. ZERO11 wireless® products are also available at authorized dealers in the New York Metropolitan area and are soon to be in retail locations around the country.

2. Where does ZERO11 wireless® work?
ZERO11 wireless® is available throughout the 50 United States and subscribers pay no domestic roaming or long distance charges. ZERO11 wireless® service is carried on the country's largest and most reliable GSM wireless network. .

No. There is no contract or limits on usage. When your ZERO11 wireless® balance is low, simply recharge your account at an authorized dealer or by calling 1-877-724-8325.

No. With ZERO11 wireless® you can enjoy service instantly without contracts, credit checks, or deposits.

It depends on your rate plan and your calling needs. See our four plan options here.
On the most basic ZERO Plan, you can refill your ZERO11 wireless® account for as little $5 per month. Once your balance is used up, you can recharge in denominations of $5, $10, $20, $30, $50, $100. You are in control of what you spend.
For a small monthly fee of $5.99, the ZERO Plus plan gives you even lower rates and options to call or text at off-peak rates.
For more frequent callers/texters, the ZERO400 minutes package at $29.99 per month (400 domestic/international voice minutes or text messages) or the ZEROUnlimited plan at $49.99 per month (unlimited domestic calling plus unlimited domestic and international texting) brings the greatest value for the biggest users.

6. What do you mean, "Call selected destinations for free"
The following international destinations are included for FREE in domestic airtime for rate plans Zero, Zero Plus and Zero400. You will not pay any charges on top of your domestic airtime. See our unbeatable rates here.

7. How do I recharge my account?
When your available minutes run low, you will receive an alert on your ZERO11 wireless® phone (except for ZERO Unlimited plan). You can recharge with any major credit, prepaid or debit card at 1-877-724-8325, via MyAccount or in person at a ZERO11 wireless® authorized dealer.

8. What happens if I have problems with the product or service?
Just call our customer service at 1-877-724-8325 and our representatives will be able to assist you in Spanish or English.

9. Are there additional monthly fees for Voice Mail?
No. However usage minutes will be deducted when checking voice mail from the ZERO11 wireless® handset.

10. Is the voicemail pre-activated?
Every ZERO11 wireless® SIM comes with voice mail. Just hold down 1 on your wireless phone to activate the service.

11. If the SIM is not in a phone and an incoming call or text is received, what will happen? For example, will a text be delivered once the card has been placed in a phone?
If the SIM is not in the phone the voice mail will remain on ZERO11 wireless® voice mail servers. ZERO11 wireless® Voice mails can be checked by dialing in remotely (from another phone or another provider's SIM in the ZERO11 wireless® handset)
Voice mail can also be checked via the ZERO11 wireless® handset once the SIM has been reinserted into the device.
Text messages are delivered when the ZER011 wireless® phone is powered up, with a ZERO11 wireless® SIM installed.

12. Can I have more than one voice mail box?
No. There is one voice mail box for each SIM activated. Each SIM has its own unique local phone number.

13. How can I tell if my current phone is "locked" or "unlocked"?
There are several signs. The mobile phone box packaging has your operator's logo on it; your phone itself is branded with the operator logo or perhaps the operator's logo appears upon startup.
The only way to know for sure is to insert a SIM card from another service provider. If you are able to access your phone normally, you have an unlocked cell phone. If you have a message that says Error, Restricted, Contact your service provider, etc., you have a locked phone.

14. Are alerts for low usage sent via text message and if so, does this deduct from my usage balance?
Yes, low usage alerts are texted to the user and no, there is no deduction for network notifications.

15. For plans that have peak and off peak times, are the time zones specific to my ZERO11 wireless® phone number? For instance if a customer has a New York phone number and a call is dialed to Chile will the time zone adjust to New York or Chilean time zone?
Peak and Off peak times relate to the location of the ZERO11Wireless caller and not to time in the country they are calling.

16. What is the .02 airtime surcharge for "Free" destinations on the ZeroUnlimited Rate Plan?
There are four plans available, three of which include airtime-only deductions from your minutes package to select destinations worldwide. When the ZeroUnlimited plan is selected, a modest .02 surcharge per minute is applied for calls to those same destinations. See our unbeatable rates here.

17. Do incoming and outgoing texting/calling deduct from minutes?
Yes.

18. Is rounding for the minutes up/down?
Call rounding is up, to the next minute.

19. Will I be able to see usage/call details?
Call detail is not available. Minute balances, however, may be checked by dialing *777# on the cell phone keypad. Low balance notices will be texted to your phone at no charge when your balance falls below $5.
