To place an international call or send an international text message, just dial 011+ Country Code + City Code/Area Code + Telephone number. Additional load is required for international calling or outgoing international texting.
If you have selected the Auto-recharge option at the time of sign up, your account will be automatically recharged before the end of your subscription term. ZERO11 wireless® will automatically charge your credit card that we have on record. This way you will always have credit available for your unlimited calls.
If you did not select the Auto-recharge option, simply call our customer service at 1-866-540-5492 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with your manual recharge.
With ZERO11 wireless® ZeroUnlimited Philippines you can change your 5 registered destination numbers once a month. To add or delete a destination phone number in the Philippines please call our customer service department at 1-866-540-5492 and one our customer service representatives will assist you with your account changes.

Calls to the five preregistered Globe & TM numbers in the Philippines are UNLIMITED.
Calls to unregistered Globe & TM numbers in the Philippines are rated at 10¢ per minute.
Our low rates to other international destinations start at 2¢ per minute.
ZERO11 wireless® Plan ZeroUnlimited Philippines: $79.99 fee charged upon first call then every 30 days.
Customer will register one phone number from which the calls will originate. Customer will register up to any combination of five (5) landlines and/or cell phone numbers in the Philippines which will be the destination numbers called. The five destination numbers may be changed once in each 30-day period.
The destination numbers must be cell phone numbers in the Philippines operated by Globe Telecom, Inc. Customer must dial assigned toll free number for service to the five designated numbers. Call restrictions: Customers are limited to 4,000 minutes per month and 300 minutes per day. Each call is limited to 60 minutes. These limits do not constitute allotments that will roll-over.
Zero per-minute airtime charge for domestic and "select" international calls or for incoming or outgoing domestic and incoming international text messages. 25¢ per outgoing international text message. Per-minute surcharges apply to standard international destinations for outgoing and incoming calls. Unused international loads roll over up to 365 days if account is refilled in each 30-day cycle. Account cancelled if not refilled within 3 days after last load expires.

All sales of ZERO11 wireless® Handsets, SIM Cards and Refill cards are final; there are no refunds for any unused service.
General terms: Service may not be used to make calls from payphones.
Coverage maps are approximate and coverage area may be changed at any time. Rates, fees and charges are subject to change at any time, including upon refill.
Charges may vary by territory and/or by plan. Usage measured in full-minute increments. Voicemail and voicemail retrieval charged like a voice call. Airtime and/or other per-minute charges apply to 800 calls and other call features. Higher rates may apply while roaming outside the U.S. or to domestic calls from outside the ZERO11 wireless® coverage area. Taxes, governmental fees and USF surcharges may be assessed as required or permitted by law.
Defective SIM Cards must be returned within two weeks of purchase. Defective Handsets must be returned within Warranty Period. Loss or theft of any mobile phone, SIM or Refill card must be reported immediately. Phone numbers may be reassigned for inactive accounts.
UNLIMITED DOES NOT MEAN EXCESSIVE OR UNREASONABLE USE. ZERO11 wireless® may terminate service or change customer's plan if customer's use is unreasonable or excessive. Service limited to non-commercial use for live dialog between two individuals. Porting telephone numbers may take up to 24 hours or more. ZERO11 wireless® makes no warranty that service will by uninterrupted or error-free or that emergency responders will be able to find callers to 911 or other emergency phone numbers. Service is governed by the Terms and Conditions posted at www.zero11wireless.com, as these may be amended from time to time.
